1 loaf bread, cubed 5 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups sugar 1-tsp vanilla
5 cups milk 1-tsp cinnamon
1 block butter, melted 1 cup raisins, optional
Mix together and bake in a 9 x 13” pan at
350 degrees for 1 hour. While cooling,
spread a thin layer of guava jelly over the
bread pudding.
