1 5# Roast (beef or pork butt)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 or 3 chili peppers
2 tbsp Hawaiian salt (sea salt)
1/2 tsp allspice
Mix ingredients and pour over roast.
Marinate for a few hours or overnight.
Cook at 350 degrees.
Serves about 15 depending on serving size.
