- Portuguese bean soup and traditional
stone-oven baked bread

Hawaii Island Portuguese Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit
organization led by it's President, Officers and Board of Directors.

At the center of the logo are
pictured three of the Big Island's major mountains. Mauna Kea,
Mauna Loa, and Hualalai. They symbolize the Chamber's interest
in matters affecting the entire Big Island business community.
The cogwheel represents the Big Island's industries. The rows
of crops are symbolic of the importance of agriculture to the
Big Island's economy.
